24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of placing the order.

If an order has already been processed, fulfilled, shipped, or otherwise become non-cancellable before the end of the 24-hour period, we will make reasonable efforts to stop the order but cannot guarantee cancellation.
REFUNDS AFTER 24 HOURS
After the 24-hour cancellation period, all sales are considered final and voluntary refunds or returns are generally not accepted, except as specifically provided in this policy or required by applicable law.
Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing, specifications, vehicle compatibility, and other product information before purchasing.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products, including automotive diagnostic guides, PDFs, checklists, educational materials, and other downloadable content, are final sale once delivered, downloaded, or accessed.
If you experience a legitimate technical problem accessing a purchased digital product, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to provide access to your purchase.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
The 24-hour cancellation limitation does not eliminate rights applicable to merchandise that arrives damaged, defective, materially different from what was ordered, or is otherwise subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.

THIRD-PARTY & DROPSHIPPED PRODUCTS
Certain Gellar’s Garage products may be manufactured, supplied, or fulfilled by third-party suppliers.
Return eligibility for these products may also depend on the applicable supplier’s requirements. However, third-party fulfillment does not eliminate consumer rights provided by applicable law.
APPAREL & SIZING
Customers are responsible for reviewing available sizing information before purchasing apparel.
Incorrect size selection or change-of-mind purchases are generally not eligible for return or refund after the 24-hour cancellation period unless otherwise stated on the product page.
AUTOMOTIVE PRODUCTS
Customers are responsible for verifying vehicle compatibility and application before ordering automotive products unless Gellar’s Garage expressly guarantees fitment.
Products that have been installed, modified, damaged through installation, or used improperly generally cannot be returned unless defective or otherwise protected by applicable law.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from an error attributable to Gellar’s Garage, a defective or incorrect product, or applicable law requires otherwise.
REFUND PROCESSING
When a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Financial institutions and payment processors may require additional time for an approved refund to appear in the customer’s account.
POLICY ABUSE
Gellar’s Garage reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to refuse transactions or future purchases involving suspected fraud, fraudulent chargebacks, return abuse, or violations of our store policies.
CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy is intended to waive or restrict rights or remedies that customers are entitled to under applicable consumer-protection laws.
